Materials we can cut include, but not limited to: Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Aluminum, Brass, Specialty Metals.

Maximum cut thickness depends on the material type and part specifications. 

Customers can provide .DXF files which enables us to reduce the “Print to Part” time that our customers have come to respect. Or if needed, we can provide CAD Design, generating of blueprints for approval, and then export the .DXF file internally to make sure your parts are made to your satisfaction.  

All of our machines are regularly maintained to remain in top working order to ensure quality parts for our customers.

 

Operating to military specifications, we generate First article and in-process inspection reports on all jobs, and keep records and material certifications on record for a minimum of 7 years.

Laser Cutting Service

Fiber laser cutting benefits include improved speed, eliminated tooling charges, reduced set-up and down times, reduced power usage and costs, much less material waste, and all through a non-contact process (which is safer and avoids contamination).
Is a fiber laser better than a C02 laser?
Fiber can cut copper, brass and aluminum much better and more safely than CO2 because the beam is more readily absorbed and not reflected. Fiber laser operating costs are typically half of what a CO2 system can offer due to the lower electrical consumption and high electrical efficiency of Fiber lasers.
