Since 1967
Hi-Standard Manufacturing was started in 1967 as a small family owned/operated business by retired military veterans. It is currently still a small business operating out of Long Beach, CA ran by 2nd and 3rd generation descendants. Over the last 50+ years we have had the opportunity to manufacture parts for Aerospace, Defense, Computer, Medical, Oil, and Commercial Industries. Throughout the years, we have built up a comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing techniques, various metals and their chemical compositions, custom tooling designs, and cost effective manufacturing methods.
Hi-Standard Mfg. is a full service facility performing operations in Laser cutting, sheet metal stamping, forming, shearing, CNC Machining, certified welding, deburring, tube bending, CAD Design, quality inspection, and much more!!
Whether it’s Stainless Steel, Mild Steel, Aluminum, Copper, Brass, Titanium, Specialty Metals such as Monel/ Inconel or even various plastics such as Acetyl Delrin or Nylon, we’ve worked with it all.
We have engineered and worked with Class A Tooling, semi plate tooling, universal fixtures and solid fixtures. If you need something made, we will find a way to get it done.
We can meet any budget and always produce “Hi-Standard” quality parts that have undergone a full first article inspection and documented with material certifications and procedures.
